Undamaged prints, still in their glassine sleeve and flat, within 30 days of delivery.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll reply with the return address.

For change-of-mind returns you cover postage — please send it flat between card. If we made a mistake, we cover it.

Send a photo of the print and the mailer within 7 days. We'll reprint and resend it free, or refund in full.

To your original payment method within 5 business days of the print reaching us.
